How long does it take to build my website? +
Your website will be ready for review within 21 business days of receiving your deposit and completed intake form. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes total involved in the entire process.
What is included in the $1,500 setup fee? +
The setup fee includes a professionally built 7-page WordPress website, managed hosting deployment, mobile-optimized layout, local SEO foundation, SSL certificate, contact form, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile connection, and one comprehensive revision round. Pages included: Home, About, Services, Service Area, Reviews, Careers, and Contact. A monthly care plan is required to keep the site live after launch.
What if my preferred domain name is already taken? +
Standard domain registration (up to $20/year) is included in your setup fee. If your preferred domain is unavailable, I will find 3 available local alternatives for you to choose from at no extra cost — typically variations that work well for local SEO. If you want to pursue a premium domain owned by a third party, any broker or purchasing fees are billed directly to you. In most cases, a clean available alternative is the better choice anyway.
Do I own my website? +
Yes. Your business owns the website, content, domain, and branding associated with your company. You are not locked into proprietary software or long-term contracts.
What do I need to provide to get started? +
Just two things: a completed intake form (about 10 minutes) and your 50% deposit. The intake form includes your business name and preferred domain. I handle the technical setup, website build, domain registration, hosting deployment, SSL, analytics, and launch.
What counts as a website edit or update request? +
Examples include updating phone numbers, replacing photos, editing text, adding testimonials, and updating service information. Most routine changes qualify as a single update request. On the Maintain plan these are billed at $75 each. On the Grow plan, edits unrelated to the monthly SEO asset are $75 per request. On the Accelerate plan, edits outside the two monthly SEO assets are billed at $75 per request.
What happens after my website goes live? +
You choose one of the monthly care plans. Maintain covers technical upkeep. Grow adds one SEO asset per month. Accelerate adds two SEO assets per month. All plans include hosting, backups, security, and monitoring.
Do you guarantee Google rankings? +
No. No one can honestly guarantee rankings. What I provide is a strong local SEO foundation, properly structured pages, service area targeting, and ongoing content options designed to improve your online presence over time.
What is the HVAC Hiring Visibility service? +
A monthly service that keeps your company visible to experienced technicians online — 1 Indeed job refresh, 2 Google Business Profile hiring posts, and 1 technician spotlight post each month.
